Miroma acquires majority stake in Ad Results Media from Shamrock Capital, strengthening its position as a global leader in entertainment marketing and the creator economy

In a significant move within the marketing sector, Miroma Group, a global independent marketing and content company, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Ad Results Media (ARM). This acquisition, inked with Shamrock Capital, positions Miroma for a robust expansion into the U.S. market.

Founded in Los Angeles, Shamrock Capital, which has specialized in media, entertainment, and communications, will retain a minority stake in ARM. The acquisition adds locations in New York, Houston, and Los Angeles to Miroma’s portfolio, boosting its annual media investment to over $750 million.

“Creators have become one of the most powerful forces in modern media, and the convergence of audio, video and social is at the heart of that transformation,” said Marc Boyan, Founder and CEO of Miroma Group

ARM has established itself as a frontrunner in the field of audio and performance media, partnering with notable brands such as FanDuel, Molson Coors, and ZipRecruiter. The acquisition marks a pivotal moment for Miroma, enhancing its capabilities to connect brands with audiences through trusted creator voices.

As one of the largest buyers of creator and podcast media globally, ARM helps brands interact with audiences on platforms like YouTube, radio, and various streaming services. With the evolving landscape of creators as significant media entities, ARM leads in data-driven strategies to foster partnerships between brands and creators.

The merger brings ARM into a network comprising over two dozen specialist businesses in entertainment, creative, technology, and performance sectors, employing more than 900 people worldwide. This includes agencies such as Mx Location Experts and Fold7, which have collaborated with major brands like Adidas and Live Nation.

“ARM has an established leadership position in creator and audio media, and Miroma is the natural partner for our next phase,” commented Jordan Fox, CEO of ARM. “Joining the group opens up new opportunities for our clients.”

Although financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, the continued involvement of Shamrock Capital reflects ongoing confidence in ARM’s long-term growth within the Miroma umbrella. Jordan Fox will retain his position as CEO of ARM, further ensuring the brand’s steadfast direction post-acquisition.
